An usual eye
(Víctor Lemes)
Nobody knows when one's lucky enough,
'Til someone tells him he is.
At the moment, he has no clue
About it; though I do hope one day he will.
I shall be nothing now, for the time being,
As long as the very same boy stands there,
Right next to his lucky charm.
He does not
Neither do I know how she really is,
And that might be the great deal of it:
Being eager to decipher what those eyes might hold inside;
Decoding the memoirs they shine,
Wondering which colours they really are.
